E-mail

Comms → E-Mail (/dashboard/e-mail) lets you e-mail your customers, for example a monthly newsletter, a policy change, or a detailed outage report that is too long for an SMS. It only reaches customers who have an e-mail address on their profile.

The E-Mails page lists every e-mail sent to customers, with Customer, Subject, Sent At and Delivered, so you can see whether each one was sent, delivered, or hit an error. Click Send Emails to start a new send.

  1. On E-Mail Communications (/dashboard/e-mail/send), optionally pick a saved template in Select Template. Its content loads into the editor.
  2. Enter the E-Mail Subject and write the body in the editor.
  3. Click Select Recipients and choose who receives it (see below).
  4. Click Send E-Mail. The e-mails are queued and appear on the E-Mails list as they are sent.

If the body is empty you see “Email body is empty. Please add content before sending.”

In Select Customers, turn on a group toggle, or pick customers from the PPPoE and hotspot tables:

  • All Customers, PPPoE Customers, Hotspot Customers
  • Active Customers, Active PPPoE Customers, Active Hotspot Customers
  • Inactive Customers, Inactive PPPoE Customers, Inactive Hotspot Customers

Customers without an e-mail address are skipped.

Save time on e-mails you send often:

  • Save to Template saves the current subject and body as a template. Each template needs a unique name; otherwise you see “Failed to save template, Set different name.”
  • Manage Templates opens Manage E-Mail Templates, where you can edit and delete templates.
