SMS at a glance
Section titled “SMS at a glance”- Automatic SMS: ISPMan can text customers when they pay and before or when their package expires. You choose which messages are sent and which template each one uses.
- Bulk SMS: pick customers by service, status, package, router or last seen, and send them a message or template.
- Paying for SMS: with ISPMan’s built-in SMS, each SMS part you send is billed on your monthly ISPMan bill, or taken from prepaid SMS units you have bought where prepaid bundles are available. If you connect your own SMS provider, you pay that provider instead.
- Sender ID: messages go out from the shared ISPMAN sender ID until you register your own name.
