Ruijie and Teltonika devices

ISPMan manages Ruijie (RGOS) gateways through Ruijie Cloud. You keep managing the device itself in the Ruijie mobile app, Ruijie Cloud or the device’s web interface. From ISPMan you manage only its connectivity (WireGuard tunnel and RADIUS) and its captive portal, which is what your hotspot customers need.

  1. Go to Devices → All Devices and click Add.
  2. Enter Name this device and Device Location, and choose ruijie for What OS is this device running?
  3. Leave Device WG Public Key (optional) and Device WG Private Key (optional) blank. ISPMan generates a WireGuard key pair for the device. Fill them in only if you already have keys you want to use.
  4. Click Create Device, then open the device from Devices → Ruijies.

ISPMan talks to your gateway through the Ruijie Cloud API, so it needs the device’s cloud credentials.

On the device page, open the Ruijie Cloud API section and fill in:

Field What to enter
Ruijie API URL The Ruijie Cloud API address, for example https://openapi.ruijienetworks.com.
Ruijie Serial Number (SN) The gateway’s serial number.
Ruijie App ID Your Ruijie Cloud API app ID.
Ruijie Secret The matching secret.

Click Save Ruijie API Credentials. The App ID and Secret are stored encrypted. To change one field later, fill in just that field: blank fields keep their current value.

Once connected, the Device Status area shows Ruijie Cloud — Live Metrics: CPU, memory, flash, CPU temperature, processes, sessions, users and free memory.

The device page has three sections, each with a local (ISPMan) copy and the Configuration on Gateway read back from the device:

  1. VPN Configuration: the WireGuard tunnel between the gateway and ISPMan. Check the values, then click Save WireGuard Config to Gateway and confirm. The header shows when the tunnel is connected. You can also Download WireGuard Config. If the gateway has a newer working tunnel than ISPMan’s copy, Save Local Config from Gateway pulls it back.
  2. RADIUS Configuration: the RADIUS server, ports and secret the gateway uses to log customers in. Click Save RADIUS to Gateway. RADIUS Reachability shows whether the server answers; click Re-test to check again.
  3. Captive Portal Configuration: choose or create a Captive Link (pick the hotspot configuration it serves), then click Save Portal to Gateway to set it as the gateway’s external portal.
  • Delete removes the device from ISPMan. (The Disable button opens the same delete confirmation.)
  • Free mode can be set per gateway from its page. See Hotspot.

Devices → Teltonikas lists the Teltonika (RutOS) cellular routers registered to your account, with Name, Version, IPv4, IPv6, Location, Last Seen and Active/Inactive status. You can sort the columns and filter by name, version, IP and location.

The Add form offers MikroTik and Ruijie only. If you need a Teltonika added to your account, contact support.
